I think, now that I've thought about it, that DDT is for bugs.. 2-4-D is that nasty shyte that kills EVERYTHING. 2-4-5-T was even nastier to the environment. 2-4-D and 2-4-5-T were part of the "Agent Orange" that was used in 'Nam to poison everything and is still killing vets over here. 2-4-5--T has been outlawed in the states since '85. 2-4-D is still available.
RoundUp is not for use in an aquatic environment, because the surfactant is not approved. However, glyphosate, is OK as long as a "non-ionic" surfactant. This applies only to surface water. There is a product called "Aquamaster" that is 47% glyphosate and no surfactant added.
Round up is absorbed into the plants and stops the transfer of nutrients, thus killing it. S-L-O-W-L-Y.
Use salt water to kill the stuff growing in your driveway. Works like a hose and is environmentally friendly.

Cheaper as well.

I would LOVE to have a Brough Superior as well as long as I'm dreaming.
