I worked as a journalist for quite a few years and did a feature on testicular cancer. Interviewed a guy in the States that had both nuts removed due to cancer. He had what he called 'nerf nuts' put in to replace his own, 'cos he thought the missus would be happeir about it and he'd still have 'the bulge' in the jocks....

After two years he decided they were so bloody uncomfortable he had them removed.

I've seen a documentary on guys who had their dogs neutered and then had these neuticals implanted. It was more for the owner's sense of guilt than anything else....

Very silly behavour if you ask me. Just like silicone tit implants....
