conversion of "ntrk" extension to photo file forma

Post by Der Hammer Schlag » Thu Mar 10, 2005 7:27 pm

Is there a screen capture program and/or a conversion software you could recommend where I can take a flight camera video (ntrk extension) from IL-2-FB/AEP game to a photo file format like a jpg, eps, tif, psd, etc? Like the "snapshots" here or on the UbiSoft website of IL-2?

Please let me know.

Thanks,

hit your print screen button (above the insert key)
the pictures are .tga files in your main folder somthing like grab0001.tga and everytime you start the game and take more screenshots it will overwrite the previous ones so remeber to revomve them! :)

As Spits said, hitting print screen whilst playing the track in FB will create a .tga file in the root of your FB install.

Applications like photoshop can read this format and you can convert from there.

I also use a utility called IL2 Manager. When you start this utility, it converts all .tga files it finds into .jpg file It's also quite useful for controlling and changing other settings in the game.

Thanks Gurberly,

I'm a little surprised it's that easy to capture a screenshot. I'll give it a try later today.

Do you know what directory/folder it places the capture sreenshot in?
