Squad wise, we have switched to Teamspeak 3.
Softer, sexier sounding voices, you'll wish you had it years ago!!
Mike's server is now on
ts60.bargainvoice.com
port 5310
You must have the Teamspeak3 client installed. No install, no speaky
Note there are 2 clients.. one each for 32/64 bit systems. Make sure you have the correct one and don't accidentally download the server
Client download here....

Just tried it and while I can hear what people are saying in channel I can't transmit for 2 reasons.
1) Push to talk does not function in channel (ie won't light my icon), but will activate the test bar in the options window.
2) TS3 is seeing no input from my mic. I've tried ALL possible combinations in TS and windows mixer. It does recognize SB Live in the test panel ,but no mic input registers on test regardless off push to talk, voice activated or permanent transmit.

Still not working here. Checked Firewalls, Anti-virus, the usual stuff, I'm stumped for now.

Well the mic works on all other apps. TS3 shows the SBLive wave device in menu for setup, but is passing no signal.
Push to talk hotkey works in test window but not in main app. It should light the icon regardless of mic signal.
edit - installed drivers from Creative and all working now

Checked that. I'm not having the same issues as Sneaky, I just can't connect to Mike's TS3 server. I'll look around and see if I can connect to another TS3 server. I'm pretty sure I've messed something up here on my end......again
Edit: Can't seem to connect to any TS3 servers. Ripped out TS3 off the computer, re downloaded TS3 Client Win 32 version (I have Win XP). Installed it, and attempted to reconnect to Mike's TS3 server and got this error
"
<22:43:24> Failed to resolve hostname 'ts60.bargainvoice.com': Host not found"
Get this error message with any TS3 Server I've tried.

I was able to log onto the public ts server, just to confirm that it's working at my end. When do you have your server up Mike? I'd like to test whether I can get on it or not.
Right now I get the same error message as Pat when I try to log on.

Just to confirm you are putting the port number in ?
so address is:
ts60.bargainvoice.com
and the port number is:
5310
Remember you dont need the old password to connect. So just put in a user name then hit connect. I've got in fine today.

Yes, I used the port number. I'll try again.
EDIT; I got it- I had neglected to include the "dot" in the address after ts60. When I double checked my spelling and fixed it, it worked. Thank you Mikester.
