Though EC-120's are comparitively small, whoever the pilot's/passengers are, they are wrong to just land in a parking lot.
Most Civil Aviation Authorities at least frown on such actions.
One of the pilots working for us in New Mexico was fired from the Sheriff's office for landing the County helicopter next to a Krispy Kreme just to get a few donuts and coffee.
Dummies should have gone to Starbucks.
