Was not a SimHQ visit to Olegs bureau but EJGr.Ost Visits Moscow that took place half a year ago.

It's only a rewrite from http://yogysoft.de/Moskau.htm but interesting for sure.

EJGr.Ost_Caspar and EJGr.Ost_yogy are in contact wit Olegs and some of his coworkers for long in several projects.
They worked on the Bessarabia Map in 4.09m, too
