Great mileage

Post by :FI:WillieOFS » Thu Sep 13, 2007 2:54 am

A recent study found the average American walks about 900 miles per year.
Another study found Americans drink, on average, 22 gallons of beer a
year.
That means, on average, Americans get about 41 miles to the gallon.
Kind Of Makes You Proud To Be American.
I can remember when my consumption was a LOT higher than 22gpy.

Willie,

The logic used to construct the favorable conclusion is faulty...however, I like the way you think!

A few years ago PETA came up with the only statement they ever made that I can agree with, 'beer is better for you than milk' Thier supporting data was very convincing (like I really needed much convincing!).
