Some good guncam footage from the german viewpoint. Tells you the matchup thats showing. Such as FW vs Mustang...etc.

TY for sharing, Nape!
Good footage for sure.
The last one (BF-110 v DB3) gave a good lesson how to use your rudder to sweep your fire across your target.

...and wear your feckin' mask!!!!!

Anybody else surpised at the lack of asploding airplanes? That 110 footage had some really solid hits on those B17's and the wing held on.
Mind you, I'd be trying to get the hell out of the damn plane after such a horrific whuppin.

I've seen this footage before. The clip of the attack on the B-17 from the 6 o' Clock position was done without defence fire from the bomber because most of the crew were dead or had bailed out. Luftwaffe tactics favored the head-on attack against bombers, so for that lucky bugger in the 110 it was a kill in the bag. I once saw a clip when a Bf-109 made the error in getting behind those twin .50 cal tail guns and had his whole fighter split into pieces.
