Here's some stuff I did a while back, might be what we are looking for, might be able to customize them some too. Yeah, the face is a bit creepy, but saw one guy do his like that and just copied it. The UK one is fun, my hair instead of the helmet is a bit of a stretch, but it's not too shabby.

Frankly, I have no idea how to "skin" my pilot- I used to marvel at Gen's ridiculous Churchill facia.....must be something in the program files to tweak.

I used to have a .pdf file of the pilot skin. It was layered and had a "template" for eye/face placement, for best results when the product was finished. It was pretty cool.

I'll see if I can locate it and if anyone is interested, and I'd be happy to mail it out.

I just paste the face in and set about 65% transparency to the layer to align eyes,nose, lips, chin and overall size before merging layers back to 256 .bmp
