GL with it Sapper. I grew one last year and folks seemed to like the new look. Surprisingly takes a bit of courage to grow one for the first time. If you do a search you will find some beard growing websites.
Not sure where you are at this point. My only advice is to let it grow out without trimming anything for at least a month. Then decide what exactly you want and trim carefully.
You will be surprised how much will eventually grow - even in areas where you thought nothing would grow. Also, you may also notice an even better beard in future attempts.
One thing that I noticed since growing a beard last year is a heavier growth, and how much more quickly the beard comes back. Very noticeable within a week now.
For me though I am not blessed with a heavy, full beard. However, with time the length compensated and gave me a good beard, especially from a short distance. How's your beard coming mate?
Regards,
TS!

Mask
Yeah Igor, now you see why I wore a mask.....
I used to wear a mustache in my 20's when I wanted to look older (don't think it helped that much, no one was fooled). After that and my divorce, I wanted to look younger so I shaved it off.

ps and congrats to you on the Bama victory yesterday....unless you're an Auburn fan...in that case...condolences

Oh, right.... Well, on the rare occasions i have to wear combat gear on exesices, my gasmask container is full of chocolade bars and cigarettes, anywayHow do you expect to get a good air tight fit on your gas mask?

I´m surprised of the amount of attention my beard has gotten... Maybe we should declare it "The official FI-beard"

It´s itchy as hell, thank god i´m gonna have to shave it off, tomorrow
