By the way, m8... which option dod your wife pick again on the mid-life crisis choice?
Was it the girlfriend or the bike?

fen, the house is coming along nicely. did the floor-heating and covered it nicely with concrete.now i have to wait about 6 weeks before i can start flooring.i expect the big exodus after february (missus wants funny things like "bathroom" "kitchen" "kids rooms" and so on).i could live with my basement...
as for young girlfriend or bike - i haven't decided yet.
think the bike will be cheaper...
expect pics when i'm not to lazy to upload
