ive got Il2 , Il2:FB + Aces + PF i can get TS and ive got a mic ....somewere and er.. whats hyper lobby?
and because other threads are doing it il say abit about myself
my name is James Hooper im 19 and a IT student ive played Il2 on and off for a while but usally only on easy because i enjoyed just jumping in and flying in a quick mission.

also whats pe2?

Hello James!

Pe2 is an ad-on for il2+fb+aep+pf.. So if you´ve got it, your game version is 4.05.. I guess we fly mostly with 4.05, (so does most of the il2 community)so you should have it too..

You can download pe-2 from ubi.com, if you have a credit card (i guess?)

I copypasted this from ubi.com forums;

Step 1
Go here: http://www.ubi.com/uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Step 2
Click on "Shopping" in top right

Step 3
Enter in your login details as per UBI forums.
PE-2 Add on should be the first "News" item. If not do a search for it.

Step 4
Click on "Add To Basket" under the item, you should then see that the PE-2 add on has been added to your basket in the top right of screen.

Step 5
In the "My Basket" area click on "Validate"

Step 6
A new screen comes up, check to make sure your order is in...order...LOL Then click "Proceed to check out"

Step 7
You'll then be asked to provide a mailing address if you don't already have one. Once you've entered in the details select the mailing address in the next screen and click on "Next"

Step 8
Accept the "General Terms and blah blah blah" by ticking the tick box and click on "Next"

Step 9
You'll now be sent to a screen which asks for your Credit Card details and will then confirm your payment. You may also be sent to a page from your bank to confirm your details and confirm the purchase (VISA)

Step 10
A new screen then appears confirming the payment and provides you with the link to download the PE-2 add on and provides you with your activation code, these details will also be sent to your email address. This is where you'll also be asked to download Boonty. Just download it and run it. You may need to give permision for Boonty to run on your firewall (if the firewall is any good).

Step 11
When Boonty runs it will start to scan your HD for other games, just cancel it if your uncomfortable with it, it doesn't effect the download. Once the scan has finished or cancelled the download will begin.

Step 12
Once the download is finished you'll be able to install the add on. At that point you'll need to enter in the activation code. Once the install is finished you will no longer need Boonty and can un-install it if you want to.

Worth reading the threads on switching versions (4.04m to 4.05 and back). One step at a time though eh...

You should save the original IL2FB.exe file though since PE2 upgrade installs a "Boontified" version (apparently it scans for games each time you boot IL2, so if Boonty is uninstalled the system will "hang").

i copied my FB folder to another location before i instaled now it says im missinng a .dll file :s not liking this much

this is starting to get really annonying i have installed this boonty thing
bought pe 2 check
copied my FB .exe check
instaled pe2 check
try to run it and it opens up some ubisoft thing asking for a code in french and i have no idea what code there after !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
