OpFor Squad needed for semi-historical mission

Post by HeadTrauma » Wed Oct 04, 2006 8:39 am

Hi guys

I posted this on the UBI forums, where one of your pilots then reffered me here so...

I represent the VSAAF located in South Africa. We are setting up a semi-historical bombing raid as flown by the 180th RAF Squadron. We are an extremely small community, and all of our pilots will be flying bombers or acting as escort (about 12 B25's, 4 Fighters). It will be hosted as a DF map on a dedicated server (full realism). This is where you guys come in Wink2

We would like to invite a squad to participate as our German opposition.

Here are the requirements for said op-for squad;

-Must be able to fly on Sunday night 15th October @ plus/minus 21:30 (GMT + 2)
-Must be able to field 6 FW190 drivers max (Limited Luftwaffe resources, 12 AC/12 Pilots)
-Historically correct FW skins (France circa 1943)
-Decent Formo flying skills (we will be producing a movie from the tracks Wink)
-Access to your own TS server or voice comms would be good, but if not u could join ours. Comms to be recorded for the movie.

Thats about it. In terms of ping, yes it will be higher than the super fast connections you guys are used to (about 250) but latency isn't too bad. We often have Internationals (Russians/German) join our server for extended periods.

Any queries or interested? Post below ;)
