Folks!

After a long time of absence I stumbled across this DF server on HL again and my fellow men have put a lot of work to get it running on the latest official patch (4.10.1) mixed with FBDj, DCG and a so called Nanny system (rewarding pilots for flying certain aircraft). Once you've joined the server you need to be patient until the current mission is loaded. IMHO it's worth it since you'll be able to fly there COOPs or DFs whatever you fancy. Moreover there's a recon map which gives you some intel insight on possible enemy/friendly ground targets like moving ships/trucks/tanks or supply depots: http://by.sturmovik.de/recon/

I've flown this twice in the last few days and it is good fun. Loads of air/ground targets and ai bomber wings. Some maps have low visibility which makes level bombing interesting. The only bad thing is the german human planes are inclinded to stick over thier base but it does mean that enemy ground targets often have no air support.

Worth playing.
