Looks like an F117 to me - didn't one go down around 1999 over Serbia? Not sure if it was shot down or if it was a mechanical failure - sure to be on Google somewhere

It was shot down by Yugoslavian Air Defense. I have a small part of the plane, you could buy it back then in the museum.
