17th Jan - Jet pics

Post by :FI:Spitsfire » Tue Jan 19, 2010 2:32 pm

Frank mentioned he wouldn't mind seeing on of our co-ops from some one else's POV...

Blue2 in the Blue Panther, myself in the Silver Blue tailed Panther, Wardog in the Silver Panther, Scott getting his Sabre shot down by Falcon in the Mig ;)

.......................

After take-off we join up.

Image

Just before we hit the target area we start to hear reports of mig's, I for one was happy not to be on the receiving end of it!

Image

Blue2 makes a re-con run and calls out some targets, first up was this little fellow.

Image

Too short...

Image

Wardog makes a much finer attempt.

Image

Even if cutting it a bit close!

Image

Next up is the AAA.

Image

This is the first in the air show series.

Image

Yup, we're definitely cutting it close today.

Image

But, not as close as...

Image

These lucky...

Image

Bastards!

Image

Back to Ship attacks.

Image

Nice splash.

Image

Tag teaming.

Image

Lucky ship.

Image

Air show isn't interesting enough...

Image

Attempting to pop the tanks with guns.

Image

Getting a bit carried away!

Image

Still not going to look?

Image

Right, watch this!

Image

NO?!?

Image

Last sweep.

Image

Ammo all gone.

Image

Time to go home.

Image

And land on a dirt field.

Image

(I think Wardog experienced some technical difficulties involving his AI wingman on final.)

Cheers

Great stuff Mick ...

but more pics of me sending Scott to the great beyond would have made it better.

Are you saying you shot someone down Stu? A new year and some new developments, well I never! . I like the looks of those jet sessions, if ATI get there act together then I will have a shot at them, as long as you have'nt moved onto HSFXUIAAA version 145.37beta by then :) .

Thanx for picrtures. I liked this missions it was really something new. I didn't full understand a jet (F-86) because in the end of misson engine hadn't very powerful in compare first time of flight. May be the engine was overheat or something else?
