MiGs over Manchuria!

Post by :FI:Falcon » Thu Dec 10, 2009 3:53 am

There are a few good MiG templates out there, so I thought I'd just keep on using someone else's hard work once again in order to pump out a few more skins before we visit Korea again soon.

But ... two templates have too many issues and the other, a three-hundred-and-ninety-flippin'-layered monster that would put a Senate bill to shame was just way too complicated.

Sheesh!

So, I'm building a new template. It'll take a while.

In the mean time, if you want a stock MiG skin with custom markings, give moi a call.

Will it be ready by Friday?

Actually before Friday, you know, so chaps can get the thing, see if they like it and all that. What do you think?

If I ask for a lovely number 42 Mig, does that mean I am number 42 in the queue?

Never in my life did I think I'd be asking for this: one Fagot, please... #41. If you made a "final" version with the silver fuselage & red tail/wings, I'll go with that. Otherwise the "cherry" version is muey bueno.
As long as MiGs are the topic, wondering whether the Fresco can wear this suit too. Any idea?

Got it, one Fagot for Larry!

The first scheme will be the all Cherry over grey. I'll then see if my metal underlayer can be converted to an all-metal scheme. I prolly have another three to five days to go on this first one.

...

heh-heh

Larry's Cherry

From what I can see ATM, the skin will probably fit the MiG 17.

Thanks for askin'.
