The "Spaghetti Bombers" were in Belgium in the fall of 1940, and Il Duce logged more than 17,000 hours of flight; it's the dribs and drabs of history that are of interest. "The Chianti Raiders", by Peter Haining, Robson Books, 2005, London. BR.M20 bombers, G.50's and CR.42 biplanes vs. Spits and Hurris; dont forget to turn hard! An interesting read. Anyone reading anything good?

Bombing mit Spaghetti? Oi! That conjures all sorts of nasty and hilarious pictures in my mind..

I've,,,,Uh.. Been reading Dean Koontz stuff.. He's out there, but he's close enough in to be somewhat believable..

My thoughts on gun control are this; Gun control is being able to hit your target. ;)

Agreed, Willie, but one must make certain of what the target is...In your case I don't know if it's your scrotum or that Boeing 737 in the air.

Ha! Willie! Something's wrong with that rifle in the top pic. The projectile shot up 30 degrees from the barrel. Better get a refund from Tesco's.

Sorry, for the digression. We were talking about books.

Just don't start with the Bernard Cornwell stuff. It's addictive as hell. Willie might like the Copperhead Saga. I personally like the Warlord series.
