Game uses the Blitzkrieg engine. Sometimes the missions are tough and challenging. Just the way I like them. Graphics are good and also the gameplay. Set during the Battle of Kursk. Physics and effects are pretty neat. The game boasts of a huge encyclopedia of all the vehicles and planes in the game. Will post up some shots later this evening.

I am very very close to pulling the trigger on this one. Is anyone else here getting it? This looks to be THE WWII RTS simulator at the moment.

Company of Heroes is good fun, but it is a bit more on the arcadey side.

Yeah AA sucks! Graphics hog and still it's crappy. Resident Evil 4 for the PC also has crappy camera controls. I'm going back to F.E.A.R. when my rig's finished (which is taking waaay to long).

...listen to those hosers, eh.

You'll love AA.

Rapid-fire.
Goes real high and explodes in all kinds of pretty colors.
The explosions will bring back all your fond flashbacks. Over and over and over and...ya get the picture.
And if ya can aim real ggod, you might even bring down a plane. :)

What?

Oh.

Oops I forgot about the pics. Here's some shots from the first mission on the German side in Front Lines: Fields of Thunder. SS Panzer Division attacking Russian defenses at Kursk.

I´n not saying that it´s a bad game, i just dont like it... I dont like general appearance of that game, controls, etc... I´m used to BF2 and CoD, which look and "feel" totally different.

If you like Operation Flashpoint, you´ll like ARMA too... (I dont like Op Flashpoint either) ;)

So if Mr Falcy or anyone else is interested, you can get ARMA pretty cheap from me.. it just takes a couple of weeks...
