Hey, I need a hand setting this thingy up. Got me headphones with a mouthpiece. I already got me boxer shorts on.

Me: "Hello, my DSL modem lights aren't blinking."
Desk: " Did you try rebooting?"
Me: "Yeah, I kicked it a couple of times."
