About skinning

I saw on your site that you can download skins...
So i wonder if when you are a member in FI squad can you change that skin example write your name on it?

The skin download section is getting a wee bit old, but still a great place to start. For more up-to-date skins you can look at individual threads in the "Skinners" forum here.
Anything with my name on them can be customized a little to a lot. Just select a skin you like, list the changes you want and post the request in the appropriate thread or E-mail or PM me and I'll get on it.
When you become a member you can get all your skins with your squadron number and name on them.
Most of the other skinners should be happy to do the same.

If you're going to do new skins can't you make one P-39 & one P-63 skin?

I have a fairly good all metal or paintable P-39/63 template available for use.
Oh, let me try to remember ...
I have mostly non-historical :FI: paint schemes ready, but if you like a particular design, find a picture of it and post it here and I'll see what I can do.
Fr "Genosse" ank has some nice paint schemes too.

The P-39/63 was one of my first attempts at skinning and also my first work on all metal skins (I got better at it eventually). So, they are a wee bit old, but the template is in good shape. Here is some of my stuff.
Gah! I hate seeing some of my old skins!
Anyway, if you want a custom skin, just ask. Remember to send a pic or a good description of the design.
If you want a really good historical skin in a hurry, go to the "LINKS" section on the front page and find some great skins from the IL2 community.
