that photo IS a wheelie picture, willie!
or the best one i could do anyway. never fear, more pictures of me and the bike will be forthcoming this weekend.
falcon... er, well... what can i say? i suppose that if i mention the two 21 year old super model chicks that fawn over me and the new bike and "beg" me to allow a snuggly ride, won't make you feel any better about the matter, eh?

Nice ride!

Listening to the bike chase music from the Great Escape right now.....
Makes me want to go flying around off grassy hills pretending i'm being chased
Yes.....I admit I have problems

ROTF!! get ay drunken bi.. er lady beeggin for a RIDE!
Besides, if they get too stupid, they can always "fall off" at a light or a stop sign.
Been there, done that, and I don't give rides no more. Since I went and got married, I'm having to totally rethink the panhead from HELL. It was never meant to have pillion seat on the fender......

That ride...

Ahh the good old days..
Just KICK it!! No callouses on the thumb from pressing that button to light 'er up.
THe old knuck was fun to kick.
That 90" shovel I had was NOT. The old knuck was like 6.5 to 1 compression. The shovel? 10 to 1..

It was rough on kicker gears too. I had to replace the damn things twice a year. Usually after hobbling around for a week or so because I nearly broke my ankle every time they failed..

Do NOT miss that excitement.

Heh...

I dunno what the weather is like in Tenessee but it's feckin' cold here

The snow has finally melted after three months of whiteness... around 5C here...
I took 'Fidelma' out for a 20 Km run today.
I installed a space-age 'electronic ignition' two weeks ago (no buttons involved Willie - just a replacement for a mechanical advance unit that had stopped advancing) and had to test the bike out.... had a few air leaks in the exhaust system, but bunged them up with some glass-fibre stove string and she was good to go.
Had to raise the needles in my carbs a notch and now I've got that almost 'biscuit' plug colour that has nearly always eluded me

Gonna make it a bit blacker though to be on the safe side
Like is sweet!
But it'll take two hours and hot whiskey to thaw out my poor aching knees....
Looking forward to some more bike ride stories

Here's a picture of our Harley Dyna Low Rider (only 114 more bimonthly payments and its our's) No kick start, no choke, just massive power and fun. Weather in SE Alabama is beautiful today.

Nice lookin sled Igor.
Fen, that bike looks better every time I see it. It has to be a hoot to clatter around on.
There is a LOT to be said for a bike you can turn on and start and ride w/o all the "old school" BS involved. Raises the enjoyment factor immensely.
Ride RUDE!!
DOODS!!!
