Free Download to speed up Windows

Found this at Microsoft while looking for a fix for (code39) problem
with my CD RW and DVD RW drivers.
No fix for my drivers Catch 22 'cos I cant read my XP disc to re-install,
but boy has it speeded up Windows for me.
