They both look beautiful Helo :)!!! Great job :D I also like how nicely put together workspace is. Is the inside of your house that well organized too ;)? That McBiggles fellow is pretty lucky :D

I agree with Fernando: these two bikes are true beauties! :D

It looks like you disassembled and reassembled your machine, Dan. Why did you do that? :-k

Ge-nosy ^:)

My 2006 Royal Enfield Electra in the pics had three previous owners. Only the first one took proper care of it. :(
I've torn it down to basic components, inspected it thoroughly, and am currently in the process of painting the removed bits which will be stored until I can do some work on the engine. New piston rings, and have the head and cylinder barrel coated with a thermal dispersion coating to help the engine run cooler.
It's turned into quite a project, mainly due to me. I just can't resist modifying the frame and the engine. 8)
I'm already into it for more than the purchase price, just in parts. I don't dare figure in my labor since May of this year. I might start crying. ;)
But hey, gotta put myself through "school" to have something to supplement the old retirement income when that now-visible-on-the-horizon event shows it's ugly face.
Anyone interested can continue to check the link provided above. I'll be posting more pics as this thing progresses.

Poor Electra, at least she has finally come to a proper home, and she's in excellent hands :D

That is quite a project Helo, it's pretty cool seeing what you have already done and I'm going to keep an eye on those links :).

I think it will be worth all the effort, it's best to always be expanding your skills and knowledge even after so called retirement. We wouldn't want you to get bored either :D

I will neither be bored, nor rusty.

A bit cranky, maybe. ;)
