However, how's your squats coming? Are you all show or is there some real substance there my fellow bodybuilder?
Just kiddin'. Have you ever tried abbreviated weight training promoted by folks like Stuart McRoberts? I switched a couple years ago. Just getting back into it, and no longer seeking an "Arnold" look just happy to keep challenging myself each session. Leg pressing right now, but intend to later resume squats and sumo deadlifts (hurt by lower back a year ago lifting too heavy without proper grip preparation).
Starting with that mid-life belly spread at 205 lbs, but my training is coming and hope to be around 185-190 lbs by the end of summer.
