
and yeah, i know, you get bounces in a real plane too... but hey, i've ridden in a real plane before... in fact, almost got my pilots a while back (till i ran out of moola) and yes, i felt some bouncing... but NOT like that. in fact, unless turblence was heavy, the plane was pretty stable (though of course no high performance combat plane) and the engine pulled it through the air like a powerful speedboat pulls a boat through water.
but now, the slightest movement in IL2 on your stick causes an "uneasy" bobbing...bouncy feeling, and the nose of the plane SWAYS back and forth...makes it DAMNED hard to line your sight pipper up on target and keep it there long enough for a good solid kill burst.
true, i've never flown a high performance WW2 fighter... but is this REALLY the way they handled? i'm not convinced.
