Luckily I found a thread over at their forum with a bunch of guys who love the game but just find it too repetitive/boring. Been reading that thread over and over and so far it's working. ;) No more pics please Gen. [-X Do you have the game now Gen?

Macca you're suppose to be too busy with your studies. Besides, R:TW and Imperial Glory (and I'm sure a whole host of other games you already own) should keep you busy enough, no? :D

Macca don't tell me you're one of those "love them and leave them" kind of gamers. You know, someone with 1,000 games in his collection with no time to play any of them. Did I mention that Age of Empires III is coming? The new Stronghold look great. Settlers IV also looks good.

Genosse I already wagged my finger at you sir - enough about SH3. My life is complete, I think but I have been dreaming about U-boats lately for some reason. #-o

I'm happy with IL-2, R:TW, CoD and Battlefield 1942 - I really, really, really don't need any more games at the moment.

TactS! whispers to himself, "But I do think I need counselling though." :?

TactS!

I'm busy with my studies, believe me.
Just look here

This is me preparing for job....

That is why I don't usually fly on Sundays - quite often it is that I go to Warsaw and have time only in the evenings to do some gaming - usualy Call Of Duty as it doesn't reuire that kind of thinking as Rome does.Settlers V is not for me, played the demo and I don't like it. Imperial Glory can wait, I don't have 1000 games , though through the years I have gathered not too big but nice collection. Mainly simulations, strategies and RPGs Apart from that I used to have more time than I have now.Silent Hunter 3 is something I really want to play - I used to play Aces of the Deep and SH3 is exactly what AOTD used to be but with new graphics. And I spent countless hours playing Aces....I don't think I'll buy Imperial Glory until summer when I'm back from Ireland.Age of Empires 3 will be relaeased quite late in the year so it doesn't count yet:) I'd love to play some nice political game to employ my knowledge gained at my studiesw (or lack of the knowledge).

I have lots of other things to do apart from studying and gaming:)

I hear politics is just another form of gaming. ;)

No time for R:TW. :( Actually I have installed some bug fixes so I can nolonger play online (not that I did anyway).

What about BOB II ? It has a strategy/sim element. Might be interesting.

Best regards with your studies my fellow strategy gamer. :)

thx TactS and the same to U! 8) :D

Yessss....BOB2.....hmmm....

Glad you reminded me about it....

I used to play Rowan's BOB a long time ago and the campaign element was wonderful. But I'm afreaid that the new BOB wil be poor - from what I've seen in the movie form BOB2 it uses the same!!!!! sounds as Rowan's BOB did, the engine is almost the same, it may be a very unsupported-by its-makers game when it is released...hope I'm wrong here.

about politics being another kind of gaming...yes......the only difference is that it is a real-time strategy without the possibility to pause it:)

But we can bribe, blackmale, threat..... ekhm.... I didn't say that......

Gen....are these posters in the game???looks cooooool....
