So Kitty

What type of Russian aircraft do you like to fly? What's your favourite? Favourite mission type DF or ground-attack? Favourite aircraft year? Favourite weapons etc.

Please excuse me if you've already menioned this but I'm a badger with small ears, no opposable thumbs and am a bit slow....

My favorit planes are the La-5 and the Yak-3. They have light weapons onboard but they are light and powerful. It's the planes I started out with in Forgotten Battles and I loved them the best. I occasionaly fly the Il2, and now the Pe-2 is there I've been flying that a bit more. The La-5 was also the first plane I made a custom skin for, for myself (I think that was still for Il2 but I'm not certain.)

My favorit gametype is cooperative play. I'm not much of a dogfighter and chasing tails endlessly can be exciting at times, but it's not something I'd like to do every night of the day. So in preference of what I like I'd say co-op first, ga second and df third.

I don't really know much about weapons sorry.

I have a habit of flying in what they call the wonder woman view and just enjoy what I see on screen. I fly all offline campagnes pretty much that way because it adds to my enjoyment of the game. I want to see everything, almost as if you're looking at a movie.

yes still doing 3D stuff. My current project is a Havilland DH-16. right now I'm just getting documentary and some other bits. The KLM (used to be our national pride, but there's little national about it now) used the Havilland on their first flight 20st of May 1920 with Jerry Shaw as pilot.

LA-5 and Yak -3 lightly gunned??? *spews coffee on keyboard*

Those are some of the most effective cannon in the game!

I once tried to shoot Gen's hurricane down in a Gladiator, with only the cowling guns!

Menace: RAT AT TAT TAT "DIE GEN DIE!"

Gen: Menace, GO AWAY!

THAT's lightly gunned

I started out flying with an Il2 and that's pretty much a tank with wings. So ... *shrug*
