Ok your in a 109 or something else that climbs like a mad man and you have a spit on your tail attempting to climb with your. Go vertical and start a barrel roll as you climb. The spit can climb but can’t climb and roll at the same time very well. Most people will attempt to match there opponents moves to get a good shot but for a spit in this profile this is a deadly choice. Look back and watch his distance, once he starts to lose ground cut power, dump flaps and kick the rudder into a hammer head stall and dive on him. He will be so busy attempting to keep control of his aircraft and keep out of a stall he will be ripe for the picking .
One outstanding pilot flying alone is looking for a place to die. Two average pilots working as a team are a force to fear.
