Hello everyone :o

Post by Ege » Thu Jun 01, 2006 8:32 pm

*Comes in and waves hand in every direction*

Hello everyone, I am new would-maybe-be member of fightin' Irish, and I'd want to introduce myself...
Simply things first then. They call me Ege, I am 16 years old, and I live in capital of Hellsinki. Umm, in capital of Finland. I have played this game for about year now, and I am not very skilled yet. I know how to fly, shoot, skip bombs etc. but few things are still difficult. Landing for example. Or high level fighting, or something I cant just now remember.
I enjoy both dogfight and other missions. Especially ones where I can bomb something with fighter-bomber.
(Lots of I's in this post :o)
So, now I plan to check out few of your games or something...

And few other things:
-I love eating, sleeping and nothing-doing.
-I cant spell letter R correctly.
-I expect that it would fun to play with you.
-My summer vacation begins in two days(<33)
-Previous entry means, that I would have much more time to play.
-I think I need new cordless headphones :/
-I also think that there is too much I's and grammar error in this post.
-Uh oh, almost forgot: I also understand english, russian and finnish.

Oki, nothing more atm. Your turn.

Hey there Ege :wink2: welcome...hope to catch ya around some. If you are an early riser (doubtful at 16 and summer break) you could join us Yanks, some Canadian guy and a spattering of fellow Europeans for some flying on a Saturday morning during our normal Historical Encounter sessions.

you'll find a squad coop running Sunday nights, sometimes mid-week.

Personal favourites on HL are
  • Winds of War
    Spits v 109's
EIF (online war ,:FI: fly vvs there)
for some reason War_Clouds doesnt like ":" in the user name and kicks me.
and Sneanky WC program does not alowe for the ":" as those that want to cause trouble have uses then to make it hard to kick them. so no blnks or symbles
:FI: cause trouble ? What are they saying here Falc?

Cant find this EIF thingy. And it seems that all of these(including war_clouds) are running 4.05m. Do you also play 4.04m somewhere?

Nope, no island, no house :(
Nearest island is like 20-30 km west from where I live :(

But, see ya later, now its time for morning walk :)

Hi, Ege!

Welcome to the FI boards! Prepare yourself for never ending wisdom ( just in case you´ve got any personal question ask Unkle Fenian. He´ll handle it confidentially on this BB ;) ) or share the experiences you made with us here. If you need flying theory ask the boys and you´ll be much smarter after you read their always precise answers. *cough*

Do you need to practising flying? I can offer you some landing lessons if you want. Do you want to learn to aim and hit your targets? Maybe some of our fighter aces want to give you a helping hand ...

In any case don´t hesitate to ask. We can only provide help to people who speak the desires ... ;)

I hope you like to fly with us, Ege!

Say it exactly as it is written. Yeah, sounds a bit dumb when said "in english", but...
