Poland and 'The Poles on the Fronts'
for some this page might be interesting, some should read it to get some basic data... (yes, Poland existed before WW2, and yes 'we' broke the enigma code not British as they used to say, even recently etc. etc.)

some should start with

The very center of Europe is located in Poland, so we are in Central Europe not "Eastern", yes, some might be surprised by that but Poland is located in Europe... honest...
no, there are no polar bears here, we ate them, some remained in the ZOOs - food reserve

hmmm... see? always learning, congratulations, now yours private horizons got a bit wider
It might be even bigger surprise that Polish king was also tsar of Russia - Wladysław IV Waza, he resigned after 3 years... he also signed perpetual peace treaty with Russia, you could see how much worth are those treaties, same goes with aliances just before ww2

"He who warned, uh, the British that they weren't gonna be takin' away our arms, uh, by ringing those bells, and um, makin' sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells that we were going to be sure and we were going to be free, and we were going to be armed."
