Joystick doesn't work?

Post by :FI:Snaphoo » Sat Jul 23, 2005 12:06 am

Had a power supply problem not too long ago, and had to unplug everything from my PC and remove the power supply. After I replaced everything, I fired up my PC, then my favorite copy of PF, went to "instant flight", then watched in mock horror as I could do nothing but watch my virtual self plummet the thousands of feet to my virtual demise.

I'm sure that it's because I plugged in my Joystick and N52 into different places than they were originally, but I have no idea of how to get the game to recognize the joystick, or vice versa after the most recent "surgery".

Any suggestions?

Oh, while I'm thinking about it, I tried this one already:

"PF this is Joystick, Joystick this is PF."

No luck. :?
You've got red on you.

I would try the Joystick on atleast one other PC and see if you can get some response in the Windows Joystick control panel. If it doesn't work on another PC atleast you know it's probably the stick and not your PC. Good luck Snaphoo!
