Yak-15 Irish Green

Post by :FI:Genosse » Wed Oct 03, 2007 12:30 pm

Folks!

After a long abstinence of skinning IL-2 aircrafts I thought it might be a good idea to offer the FI community a new skin. I chose the Yak-15 hair-dryer and passed Irish Green colurs onto it. I know that the skin´s not perfect but I´m getting there ...

Very nice Gen =D]

Particularly like the weathering around the jet exhaust.

Does it need the red star on the tail or can we get away without that?

A number 42 version for me would be great!

Well, the red star is my personal insignia ... if you should have an own one I could put it on the tail rudder as well, Neil! :)

I would like one just like Falcon's, 'cause I know it will fly better, but with a 9 after the 8....

I don't know if I'll be able to make it to the jet-a-palooza that you guys have been discussing, but I'd like the skin anyway... thanks...
You've got red on you.

Ok ... I´ve changed the position of the insignia from the rudder to the nose and put the number on the tail rudder. Looks much cooler now! 8) ;)
