No exp. with that set, but looks like it's concept is very similar to the AX360 Triton Set I have...at about 2/3 the price.

Force Feedback seems to be integrated into the headset, rather than through an external box,

and for the ex-pilot in you, it has a bunch of pretty LEDs to light up your life. ;)

Check other independant reviews in addition to the one you posted before buying.

I have the original model. The sound is very impressive. Shake your teeth loose. You can "feel" the gear retract. I don't know what the difference between the two models are except price and some design features. Of course all that being said Falc, I've never tried anything else either in the time I've used these...three years or so now, but I like them just fine.

Well at least when the cats crap in the ear piece the stain won't stand out as much. I guess you'll put the slight squishy feeling against your ear down to the force feedback.

Well ...

I WAS gonna buy it today, but Eileen needed $40 flippin' for a HDMI cable for her flippin' PS3!!!

It wasn't included. You should have heard her cursin'!

You should have heard ME cursin' when I heard $40!!!!

I have come to appreciate the positive qualities of cat crap ...

when compared to DOG crap.

Well I heard most of your cursin' so your current mic and headset ain't that bad. ;-)

Friends don't let friends spend big money on digital cables. It's just ones and zeroes, it's not like the analog days when signal attenuation, crosstalk and EMI actually made a difference. The cheapest HDMI cable you can find will do the job just fine. Boycott Monster cables!

Looks like I will be joining you with the headset thing Stu.

I've had complaints from the 'downstairs people' (family). I just don't get it. You spend their food money on better sound and they dont appreciate it.
