Upgrading computer

Dear Unkle Fenster,
im hoping to upgread my lap to fly with the guys on a more fequent and relable basis. I am running on a advent with windows vista home primium, one gig of ram, intel(R) core (TM)2cpu T5300 @1.73GHz prosseser and a 32bit perating system when i go to get my laptop upgreaded what should i ask for?

Well, I think a faster processor and more ram would do fine.
What about your graphic adapter? Is there anything built in that can be changed?

2 GB ram and cpu with more than 2.5 Ghz would decrease the loading times at least. :idea:
