I just followed the instructions from the link, but I couldn't figure out how to go in and personally adjust them myself. Just plugged in the newer files. Let me know if you or anyone figures this one out. I would love to really personalize this setup myself.

Firstly thanks to Gurberly, Spitsfire, Falcon, and Tactical for your help. Well here is my first skin attempt. I used a skin off of IL2 Skins, but ended up reworking the entire thing basically. The paint scheme is based off 343 Squadron, love those markings. Just kinda FI'd it. Hope I did this right...
