I have a problem with sound in IL-2.
I don't hear bullet impacts.
I don't hear when I hit somebody or that somebody hits me.

Any ideas?

If the external view of an Me-109 in IL2 looks like an Me-109, which it does, then how to you expect them to make it look more like an ME...

Maybe something wrong with the drivers or the game itself.

You should ask on Ubi tech support forums.
There are a lot of chaps who could help you.

I've been experiencing similiar problems some time ago. Freezes and crashes.

At the end I found out that overheating was killing the game.

I had to buy new cooler.

Now it is fine.
