If it does, I bet he knows a good lawyer who can get something out of it for him :)

That said, having had the pleasure of being a passenger in the Jag whilst being driven by Richard, whilst his car may be affected by the fault, Richard does not use cruise control. With Richard driving, the throttle is either full on or full off :D

Hi guys, its good to be back in the real world !

No, mine is not affected by this. I had a service done last week and the only computer related work was a general software update. I have known the service manager at York Jaguar for years and he did make polite enquires as to why I needed new pads after only one years driving though !.
