TS3 woes

I tried updating TS3 but it fails and tells me:
"Could not delete 'D:/Kommunikation/TS3/imageformats/_old_qgif4.dll'
rolling back file updates
Update cancelled"
What to do?

What to do?
Have you already tried to delete this mentioned file manually? If everything fails uninstall TS3, download its latest version and install this one instead. Maybe this will do it, Marco ...

Some files are occupied by windows. Can't manage to delete them although I'm logged in as admin.
Uninstallation fails too.

There's no way to use an uninstaller like the Revo Uninstaller?

Managed to uninstall by creating a new admin account on my desktop.
Reinstalled the RC2 and seems to work now.
ts60.bargainvoice.com :5310 still up to date?
