Folks!

After some time of loitering in my desktop´s drawer I´ve finally installed ARMA2 again. I even updated it up to 1.07 and downloaded the ACE2 mod package 1.3 ...
Yet I´ve no idea how I can launch the ACE mods. The given instruction brings me to nowhere.

Any help for a thick Germerman available out there?

For updating the mods we use this, it makes life a lot easier. Greg or myself will be on TS later, if you come on we can give you a talk through.

Yea, it's a good time Frank to get this sorted as the ACE team have Finished working on Arma 2. So you'll only have to do this once and as far as I can tell that's it no updating. The ACE team have moved on to Operation Arrow Head and because that is still a work in progress we are not going to mess with that for some time.

Thought I'd do an update on ACE2 for ye all. No more download and install woes, just one simple download of Sixupdater and it will do the rest for you. Though you need to have Arma2 and Arrowhead patched up to 1.62, which you can do here. Don't ask me about the steam & MOD thing, my ignorance is total.
