Commiserations to Germany Frank (  :^o ;) ) No Seriously I don't think Klose deserved the sending off but they battled on with ten and fair play to them. I agree though Serbia's goal was a cracker.

England are currently playing crap at the mo so there you go some consolation for you LOL

BTW my youngest girl Jenna says hello lol

I think Germany played far better than Serbia. During the whole second half it looked as if Serbia had one man less, and not Germany.. I just cannot understand how they managed to make two penalties in two games, by touching the ball with hands.

Of course they were, Wayne. Yet the Yankees did a great job also you have to admit, don´t ye? :-"

BTW, it´s good to see you alive and back again, mate! :D

Yes, Kev. Thank you for the English consolation. Hope the Three Lions team will win the third match. =D]

Isn´t it odd? This world cup doesn´t fulfil my expectations at all since a lot of the so called favourite teams have lost their matches. Maybe it´s a time for a change?

BTW, here´s a "Guten Morgen" to Jenna! ;)

The referees seemed to be taken the FIFA soccer rules to seriously so far. Although the referee team is linked to each other via comms (and whomsoever) the weren´t able to comprehend every situation that occurred on the field. And who knows what influence the permanent given background of the vuvuzelas have on the referees' decisions ...?

Anyhow, let´s see how the Dutchies will play ... :)

If England draw 2-2 with Slovenia, and USA get a 0-0 draw with Algeria... apparently they'll draw lots to see who goes though to the next round! :D

Well I'm upset the home nation are out but thank god they took the scalp of those garlic eating, frogs leg chewing, snail slurping, white flag flying cry baby surrender monkeys :D :D :D .

Loved the fact they had their bags packed and on the coach so they could get their second class tickets for their flight home ;)

If they didn't cheat Ireland out of the cup I'm pretty sure Ireland would of gone on past the group stages. :|

BTW, the match between Ghana and Germany was pure ... shite! The German team simply had luck ... :(

What a great result for Slovakia, now both of the last two world cup champions are gone, Italy and the surrender monkey's :D

That´s the reason why I like the Dutchies so much: their optimism is almost killing one, isn´t it? I´ve to keep that in my (German) mind: Denk positief, Frank. Godverdomme! Denk positief! Dan zal Duitsland de worldcup winnen ...   ;)

Hup, Holland! Hup! ^:)

USA - Ghana

Post by :FI:Genosse » Sun Jun 27, 2010 8:59 am

Folks!

Now this was some kind of surprise for me: the US boys have been sent home after losing 1:2 in the match against Ghana. I thought that the Yankees were able to beat Ghana 2:1 (this was a least my bet) but the Africans were in better condition and were able to keep up the pace much better than their opponents ...

Honestly sorry to see them leaving the competition,

Gen "The Germans lost the penalties?" osse ;C))
