Personal info in ARMA

Hi All,
I saw that some people have personal info in the game I mean you can switch on map and next to choose particulary member. And sometimes an info shown (like name, squad, ICQ, even logo of squad).
How can I do this?

it works very good, cool, for exaple when I siting in a car - this car has FIP's logo!
