Sound mod help

I recently downloaded the sound mod from allaircraftarcade to try it out, and it works great, however half of my IL2 game is now in Russian instead of English. What should I do?
Also I was wondering if someone could give me instructions on how to change the splash screens in IL2?

Separate links for language fixes are at AAA - maps- careers - ranks.
Basically all English "properties files need to be named xxxxx_ru.properties ; but the dL's should take care of that.
For the splash screen find (or create the folders) in this path-
#:\'46(your root il2 folder) \Mods\STD\gui
Copy this code and paste into Notepad - save as
background0_ru.mat
[ClassInfo]
ClassName TMaterial
[Layer0]
TextureName background.tga
tfNoWriteZ 1
tfNoDegradation 1
background.tga can be the name of any non compressed tga file in the gui folder.
