My understanding is Battlefield: Bad Company is only being released for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

There is at least one online petition requesting it be released for the PC. I have seen a couple third-party sites indicate it will be released for the PC too, but the original site(s) and more reliable third-party ones (like Wikipedia) suggest it is a console exclusive.

Floating around the Net is some information (and lots of rumours) about Battlefield 3, which will be released on the PC (and I assume consoles) later this year. Perhaps some think Battlefield: Bad Company is Battlefield 3. It is not.

Late March 2008 Bad Company is suppose to hit the shelves. If it will be re-worked for the PC we should know soon. Looks rather amazing graphically and that near total destructive environment makes me think about Company of Heroes. It will be interesting to see how it compares to Call of Duty 4: Modern Combat with regards to gameplay and sales.

But hey nothing compares to Medieval 2: Total War (Kingdoms/Stainless Steel Mod). ;)

Regards,
TS!

P.S. You guys need to "Jump In" and start also gaming with an Xbox 360. [TS! runs for cover!]

Stainless Steel (latest version). Play at VH battles and H or VH campaign for some interesting times, especially if you pick a weak faction like . . . Poland. ;) Just kiddin'. :D

Next release of this mod will feature a completely redone map base that excludes the "New World" in order to add further territory to the east. Even the current mod has made considerable changes to the base map, added a lot of new and interesting factions, reworked the diplomacy, made combat better, etc.

Given that it costs $0.00 not a bad investment. While I have enjoyed a mod called "Lands to Conquer" this popular mod is a whole lot better (and includes components of Lustered's LtC mod).

Are you still playing MTW2 Macca? You should enjoy the historical work done in SS. I would suggest you also download the so-called hotfix that improves the names for each faction.

This mod almost gives you a different game to enjoy! Check out the TW Center for further information (under MTW2 Hosted Mods).

Cheers!
