I think it's a really creative piece of work, and really looks authentic.
I know it's a stylised sheep, but if we're getting into the fine details.
Maybe hang the lower jaw a little higher?
Also I think the nose is a little too bulbous. The line of the muzzle could maybe swoop down from the brow to just above the nostril. Might add to it's sheepiness.
Remember, "To err is human, to forgive ovine".

Yeah good ideas, but the matting juuuust around the stacks is veryy complicated ... fer me anywho. I'm trying to avoid the whole area, but I'll keep that thought.... Maybe the exhausts outlets could be the end of the horns adding a curved bit from the top of the head to the outlets...
I know! I must start a whole new ad campaign to convert everyone's conception of dots on a muzzle from cat whiskers to sheep whiskers. Uh, it could work ...Yeah it's those cooling holes on the nose that look like pussycat whiskers ...
Yep, well, if not higher a more sheepy square jaw or somethin'. I mean Sheila has to put her whole mouth around the uhhh ... well, you know.... Maybe hang the lower jaw a little higher? ...
I really wanted the nose to snarl-up a bit; hence the blub. There's definitely some work needed there though.... the nose is a little too bulbous. The line of the muzzle could maybe swoop down from the brow to just above the nostril. Might add to it's sheepiness.
Great stuff, I appreciate all the input. Keep it comin'. Converting from pencil, chalk an' stuff to pixel is tough and I need all the help I can get.
thanks,
F

Ears are definitely better
Having curving horns would certainly help (though I guess a pain in the arse to draw).
Also I think the snout should be a little bit longer to increase its "sheepiness"
If one did not critique, one would live in a world of mediocrity!
I shall delve in to my private stash of sheepy shots for examples.

The ears are good but need to be highlighted more for a better visual effect? I had to look for the ears rather then them jumping out at me.
Mouth is good, sheepy teeth for sure - though sheeps tongue are more pinky.
Eyes look good and sheepy ^^
I think the problem is probably the aircraft as its on and the exhausts and such ruining the image, maybe use a different aircraft or tone down the exhausts some?
I dunno, but I really like the image and what your trying to do but it just doesn't quite work and I can't seem to put my finger on it
