Virtue?

I wish I had some virtues.

Are they very expensive?

Stats update 08 Apr 07

Post by :FI:Genosse » Mon Apr 09, 2007 10:43 am

Folks!

First of all let me thank you for flying the three SCS missions yesterday on my machine. I hope you weren´t affected by any kind of lags nor stutters since I tuned my graphic settings due to my X300 as low as possible (no idea if this could be able to take an effect on the connectivity ... yet you never know!?).

Anyhow, I´ve updated the stats but I was too dumb to assign the new ranks. Would someone else do this for me?

BTW, check those stats, please. In case of any correction send me an email or pm!

Ty for your attention, folks! :D ^:)

PS: there´ll be no screenshots by me this week since the graphic quality of my X300 is really poor. Maybe someone of you could be this week´s screenshot artist????

Stats look fine to me - one comment, which was that Falcon's crash on landing in the first mission was due to external factors so maybe he should not be busted down for that?

I will have a look at the tracks later and maybe do some screenies on my machine.

Thanks for hosting Frank.

Hmm - I posted some screenies but they seem to be mixed in with an earlier batch and in the reverse order - how do I sort this out? Help.....

Thanks for caring Neil. Yeah, all hell broke loose in the Falcon house JUUUUUST as I was landing. I still don't know exactly happened to make every female start screamin' and cryin' at once. I think it had something to do with Easter and dresses and cooking or boys or something.

Anywho, dernit, it made me screw up and then miss the next flippin' mission!

Stupid girls.

OK all.

Vin has offered tonights SCS missions, and I have forwarded 3 to him.

All are Crimea Autumn 41 scenario and we fly VVS. FI default skins are preset so those who have downloaded these works of art should see them in all their glory. Aircraft are Pe2's, Pe3's, IL2's, Laggs, Mig3's, Yak1's and Yak7's.

The third mission only has 4 bombers (Pe3's from memory) but some of the fighters are tasked with ground attack duties. Read the brief! :D

Hope to see all the regulars later.

Based on mission survival Falcon is still senior fighter pilot, with Scott and Deathsledge as element leads if required. I am senior wiener :? and LF, although officially still a penguin :D , should be element lead.

Well given my record on Sunday - two missions and two KIA - you can update mine fairly easily

I should be in a position to provide some reworked Stalingrad missions for Sunday if we have a host, which will be for two teams. I will need some help to test the briefings work OK and will look for some of you on HL later in the week if anyone can help me out with this.

Assuming we are good to go on Sunday then we will change the stats to reflect the team basis of the campaign. We can still have individual performance but the overall team result will be shown and win or loss of a mission will be calculated from both positive and negative scores as we looked at earlier in the thread.

It would be usefull if people would indicate their preferred colour for Sunday and I will start a poll thread for this.

I'm working this Sunday. I picked red, though if there is too many red I'll fly blue.

Dear Sir,

I must protest the obvious bomber-centric nature of this week's screenshots!

Twenty-six pics of Pe-2's and IL-2s floppin' and wallowin' around

and only seven exciting shots of the heroic fighters savin' the world!

Yours Truly,

Lord High Uber General Sir Falcon "Pip Pip" Ferrettonshire-Smythe (Ret)
