i don't know if this is the right section for this, is it possible to get other aircraft into il2, mainly more bombers like the halifax and lancaster

4.08 is the last Oleg revision of IL-2. All future updates will be made by others. The only planes I know that may be released by independants are the CW-21 and Foker XXI. The big Lancaster has been on the drawing boards for years but I wouldn't count on it.
