Mission Breifing Text

Post by Badger » Mon Dec 18, 2006 1:53 pm

Yep it's me with another conundrum!

Occasionally I can't see the Mission Briefing text after I've picked my aircraft. Any ideas?

I've been through my conf.ini Guide and I can't find anything relevant there....

Thanks!

Hi Badger

Can you give us a few clues - campaigns? FMB missions you have written yourself? Coops etc?

Hi Nellip

Online missions - Within Last night's co-ops I couldn't see the brief for the first mission, but the last (i-16's, Ju88s & 109s I could). IL-2 missions and campaign text appears to be fine.

Thanks

Badger

I only flew the first one - I have checked the mission files and they seem to be OK.

The way these are set up I don't think you see the brief until you select an aircraft?

Nelli,

Were you flying with us last Wednesday?

During the last non-Spanish session my briefing page was empty. I clicked away, recombobulated my skin and load and, on a whim ... or I was just confused, I popped back into the briefing page and there it was.

So, if it happens again mate, click back and forth slowly. Give it time to decide to play along.

This might work.
