Yet Again...FI Spit Painting

Post by :FI:Noter » Fri Jun 09, 2006 4:52 pm

Icefrog (that's his plane in the foreground) and the guys discuss the flight before the official debrief. Got some European and North American guys in there as a simple representaion of all the FI nationalities.

The color was a little hard to pull off, it came out pretty good, but when I did it in black and white, it all blended fantastically. Almost feel the static scene is harder to do than the flying stuff.

A couple more in the works, but I need to work on a dogfight pic, might be even harder than the static.

Thanks to Ice for helping me find the pilots to plug in.

Thanks guys... it actually looks a lot better on my mac screen. I'll have to figure out what the difference is and see if I can get it so you all can see the same settings I view it on...perplexed :?

I revised the black and white, aged it a bit, added some personal text, put in some tears and wrinkles and we end up with a rather authentic looking Fightin' Irish WWII photograph.
