JU-88A-4, 1941
(hope it was a new plane and not an old one I never realised was there)

Its really hard to take off in, its like trying to get an elephant up to 200 kph with just a handful of mice - specially with the
2x2000 lb bombs onboard that I took - but anything less is for girls...

BUT the results speak for themselves

I'm in love...

Anyway, that aside for 3 minutes...

The DO335 A-0 is a real fun piece of kit, I can see some serious complaints coming from the 109 crew being put out of work...

it climbs like something on viagra, and at quite a rate to boot.

Been pondering if it climbs faster than my B25 in a dive...
it really is that pokey. Specially on the straights with a bit of an altitude drop...

Enjoy, I've got the new MOBO and just now found out that the power suplly went and took out the not only the mobo but the damned CPU as well. I'll see if I can find one of the antique thingies here locally tomorrow, otherwise, it's back to GAYBAY! :(

DAMMIT!I want to fly the 205!!!

Anybody have a NORTHWOOD P4 at 2.53 or higher with the 533FSB and 512 L2 cache?

yep, the Mossie is great...and damed glad to have it. only thing, has a bonified bug in the FM...and a big one at that. the hit box for the wing section etc... is bigger than it should be, in other words, its bigger than the plane itself. if you've flown the mossie much in combat, you've no doubt already discovered that it takes hits quickly and damage and burns shortly afterwards.s

this is easily proven by checking the plane in the arcade mode and shooting at it... the hit points display way above and beyond the actual plane's body.

surely Oleg will fix this posthaste... if not, the poor bugged plane will not get much use after the new wears off. simply too dangerous to fly in when it counts, especially in heavy action missions.

The Tempest is a monster. Rules scares me when he flys it. (Three to five kills in the a sortie, another day for him, an amazing streak for me!)

I like the Do 335. When you shoot it from behind, you light up an engine!

I took the Macci's out. Is it just me, or do they feel one heck of alot like my beloved 109E? No real combat trials yet. Well, I haven't been blown to smithereens yet I mean.

The Ju88's rear guns (cannons?) seem deadlier than the .50 cal gun turrets! Don't know much about them though. And yes, they carry the "Nukes". Don't really know how I feel about that kind of Grid Exterminating firepower.

All in all, it's one heck of a free add on.
